    Terms and Conditions of Sale

    Payment

    All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

    Shipping Policies

    Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.

    Refund/Return Policy

    Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.

    Cancellation

    An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

    Complaints

    Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team: thelunchcards@gmail.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually.

    Legalities

    The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

    These terms and conditions are subject to change by Coyote Creative, LLC, and The Lunch Cards.

    RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE NATIONAL RIDDLE DAY FUN HUNT

     

    Welcome to the National Riddle Day Fun Hunt!

    August 1 | 10 a.m.-noon | Madeira City Hall, 7141 Miami Ave.

     

    Here’s how the Fun Hunt works:

     

    • Make sure you have your sheet of rules, map, and sticker passport before leaving the community room at City Hall.
    • Look at any page in your passport, head over to that location, and find the Riddle Reader stationed there (the Riddle Reader will be wearing a purple “The Lunch Cards” shirt.)
    • The Riddle Reader will read you a riddle. You think about the answer, guess, and if you get it right, you get two stickers (Don’t worry, everyone gets a sticker for trying!)
    • Once you get your sticker, place it in your passport in the sticker box for that location, and look at another page in your passport.
    • Start walking to the next location to find the next Riddle Reader.
    • Once you collect all your stickers from all locations, you’ll be back at the community room at City Hall for snacks and prizes!
    • If you haven’t collected all the stickers by 12:00 pm, don’t worry! Come on back for snacks and prizes; the goal is to have fun!

     

    We want everyone to have a safe and happy hunt, so make sure you follow these rules:

     

    1. This is a quest, NOT a race! You don’t have to follow the order in the passport book, and you don’t get a prize for being first.
    2. Take your time, don’t run, and follow all traffic laws. The locations are all in a four-block area.
    3. Only cross the street at crosswalks or with a Riddle Crossing Assistant, who will be at major intersections.
    4. You do not have to collect all stickers to get a prize; every participant gets a prize for trying!
    5. By participating in the National Riddle Day Fun Hunt Riddle Quest, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions found on TheLunchCards.com

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE NATIONAL RIDDLE DAY FUN HUNT

     Participants must register prior to the event. By participating, you are agreeing to waive any liability to Coyote Creative LLC, its agents and representatives, for any injury, harm or mishap incurred by and to participants before, during, and after the event. Participants must follow all rules set by Coyote Creative for the event and act lawfully during the event, including and especially obeying traffic laws for pedestrians (i.e. crossing at the crosswalk.). Coyote Creative reserves the right to dismiss from the event any participants who fail to follow event rules and/or traffic laws. Participants will not interfere with business activities and operations of participating sponsors and businesses they visit during the event. While Coyote Creative and its representatives will be stationed at sponsor sites and assist at busy crosswalks, Coyote Creative does not assume responsibility for the health and safety of children participating in the event, and parents of young children who need supervision should remain with those children before, during and after the event.

     Coyote Creative reserves the right to make final decisions on participants answering riddles correctly, earning stickers and receiving prizes at the end of the event. Coyote Creative is not under obligation to offer prizes or refreshments to any participant.

     Participants agree to allow Coyote Creative to use any photos or information about participants from the event for marketing and public relations uses free of charge.

    By participating in the National Riddle Day Fun Hunt, you agree to all Terms and Conditions written here and accept all responsibility for any injury or harm to you or your children during this event that may result during your participation.

     GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of The Lunch Cards and Coyote Creative shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury. 



     

    TLC PUZZLER CONTEST RULES:

    Entrants must submit by email the correct answer to our email address (thelunchcards@gmail.com) by Friday at noon (EST) to win a chance at a week's worth of The Lunch Cards. Coyote Creative will pick a winner at random from those who have submitted the correct answer by the deadline. All decisions by Coyote Creative will be final. Winning entrants will be notified by Coyote Creative after the deadline and must sumbit a valid mailing address to receive 5 individual The Lunch Cards selected by Coyote Creative. Coyote Creative reserves the right to forego awarding a prize if no entrant gets the correct answer.

    VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
    Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. The Lunch Cards and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by The Lunch Cards. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
